DELIVERY POLICY

Free delivery within the U.K. to addresses in England, Wales and mainland Scotland.

Delivery to elsewhere within the U.K., including the Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland will incur an additional fee. Details of this can be found on the individual product page and upon checkout.

We do not currently offer international shipping, please contact us if that's something you would be interested in.

 

Due to production processes we aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days.

All products are sent by standard delivery. If express delivery is available it will be listed on the individual product page, for an additional fee.

Delivery is expected to take 3-5 business days after dispatch.

For some products, dispatch and shipping times could be longer, due to the specialist nature of the product and unforeseen shipping delays.

We will contact you if there is a delay in dispatch or shipping. Please get in touch if you have not had a dispatch email within 7 business days.

CANCELLATION, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our cancellation, return and exchange policy applies to all purchases made online at www.carolineshelleystudios.com

We may be able to change or cancel an order within 24 hours of the order being placed, if it has not been processed, but this is not guaranteed. Please get in contact as soon as possible within this time.

Please provide: order number, name & address, reason for change or cancellation

After this time we are unable to change or cancel due to processing times.

RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND

Limited edition and personalised items are made to order and are therefore not eligible for a refund or exchange, unless faulty.

Faulty items are if the product arrives damaged or there has been a manufacturing error.

For all other products, you are entitled to a refund or exchange if you are unhappy with your order. If you receive an incorrect item, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

If you would like to return or exchange an item

Please provide: order number, name & address, reason for return or exchange, if faulty please attach a photograph clearly showing the issue to

Please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order and return within 28 days. The cost of returning an item is yours, unless the item faulty. We can only receive returns that are unused and in their original packaging.

If your product has not arrived within 28 days of dispatch, you will receive an automatic refund.

Refunds will be processed within 28 days.

 

Caroline Shelley Studios reserves the right to change our warranty conditions without notice.

Customer service aims to respond within 2 working days.

Our refund policy does not exclude or replace you rights given under

British Consumer Law and Regulations.
